I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the Comfort Inn in Randolph was. Service - the service was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful and made a huge difference to me personally during my stay. Location - there were several nice local restaurants within walking distance, as well as a day spa across the street. There is are several great coffee shops too. Rooms were very clean and quiet.

The hotel is old. Maybe 50 years. Corridor carpet is wore out. My room was clean and neat (223). The TV remote didn't work. The tub finish was wearing off. Housekeeping did a great job.but, over all the staff were great people. Desk folks …

The hotel was clean & tidy but I saw roaches in our room which was a turn off. The walls are paper thin so it was hard to sleep at night because of the noise from the other rooms. Breakfast was included from 6am-9am & was pretty decent.
